Your appointment with an in-house specialist

Things to know for outpatients

Different questions arise before an appointment with a specialist than before an inpatient stay. We have summarised the most important information for you here. If you still have questions, please take a look at our FAQ or contact the specialist practice that is treating you.

What you should bring to your appointment

Were you asked to bring certain records or documents relating to your medical history when you made your appointment? Please remember to have these – in addition to your health insurance card – ready at the reception desk of the specialist practice treating you. This is not only important for your treatment, it also makes it easier to organise the practice so that all patients benefit from shorter waiting times.

How to find the right specialist practice

Our specialist practices are spread over three floors - you will find them on the 3rd to 5th floors. The central point of contact is the reception on the 3rd floor, where you can also obtain detailed information material on the clinic and the medical services of the individual specialist practices if required. Of course, you can also go directly to the specialist practice looking after you if you have an appointment. Our site plan provides orientation in advance and all corridors are clearly signposted.
