Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the PAN Klinik website published at https://www.pan-klinik.de/.

As a company, we are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and the Accessibility Enhancement Act Ordinance (BFSGV), which implement EU Directive 2019/882.

The last review took place on 9 February 2026.

Based on the review, the website is partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements.


Incompatibility with accessibility legislation

The barriers and shortcomings listed below are not in compliance with the relevant legal requirements regarding accessibility:

  • Plain language: No content is currently available in plain language or sign language.
  • Technical terms: Non-German words, e.g. technical terms, are not marked.
  • PDF downloads: We endeavour to make all PDF files accessible or to replace them with accessible versions. However, the source document is not always available (particularly for older documents), meaning that these documents cannot be made accessible retrospectively.
