STUDENT ASSISTANT CALL CENTRE (F/M/D)

We are a young, friendly team and are looking for reinforcement for telephone patient care in reproductive medicine.
We have no direct patient contact and have our own office.

Our requirements:

• You do not need any previous medical knowledge
• You are a verifiably enrolled student
• You are on your toes and have a quick grasp of things
• You are open-minded and friendly
• You are communicative and not afraid of making phone calls
• You are reliable and responsible
• You can work independently and in a structured manner
• At best, you have basic MS Office skills
• You speak fluent German
• You can work 16-20 hours/week alongside your studies
• You are interested in a long-term employment relationship during your studies
