OTA / Surgical Technologist (m/f/d)

PAN Klinik am Neumarkt is a private clinic with 27 medical specialties and sub-specialties, six operating theatres, two wards, and a recovery unit for outpatient procedures. Our team of experienced specialist physicians and surgeons provides optimal interdisciplinary medical care, supported by qualified nursing staff and tailored to the individual needs of our patients. Our modern equipment — including robotic-assisted surgery — along with an attractive setting, ensures our patients' wellbeing and creates an appealing work environment.

To strengthen our OR team, we are looking for the following position to start as soon as possible:

OTA / Surgical Technologist (m/f/d)
Full-time or part-time, no holiday, weekend, or night shifts.

Your responsibilities:

  • You reliably assist our physicians across various specialties, including during robot-assisted procedures.
  • You ensure a safe, quality- and patient-focused OR workflow, including preparation and follow-up of procedures.
  • You bring strong organizational skills and enjoy contributing across different areas.

 

What you bring:

  • You have completed training as a Surgical Technologist (OTA), ideally with an additional qualification as a Sterilization Assistant.
  • You have experience with administrative and organizational processes in the OR environment and work in a structured, responsible manner.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and treat patients and colleagues with respect — open, friendly collaboration comes naturally to you.
